I just got this germ gun and deodorizing gun it does deodorizing and it kills germs with the blue light. I tried it all over my house and I think it works very well. The smells delightful. Makes it smell clean and fresh.

My order took much longer to arrive than expected, and when it finally showed up, the box was dented and looked like it had been through a lot. I contacted customer support right away but didn't receive a reply until the next day, which made the whole situation even more disappointing. Thankfully, they eventually responded and helped resolve my concerns. The reason I'm not throwing it away is because the product itself actually works well. I use it every day on our couch, pet beds, and in the car to help with dog and cigarette odors, and it does a good job of keeping everything smelling fresher. I just wish the shipping, packaging, and communication had matched the quality of the product
